As part of our continuous growth and payroll projects, we are immediately seeking an open, trustworthy and reliable person with a practical mindset as HR Generalist with Payroll (80-100%) Your area of responsibility: • Autonomous realization of monthly salary processing for all employees • Management of social insurance and withholding tax • Preparation and verification of pay slips, certificates as well as execution of all year-end tasks • Maintenance, control and continuous updating of personnel base data • Contact person for questions related to employee and manager salaries • Responsible for optimizing payroll processes • Participation and replacement in complete personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle Your profile: • Basic commercial training with specific additional training in HR • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function • Experience in payroll including social insurance and annual closures; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage. • You work accurately, efficiently and reliably. • You have a sense of numbers, a ability to quickly absorb and analytical thinking. • You communicate clearly, with a service orientation and appreciate contact with people. • You speak German fluently; knowledge of French and English is an advantage We offer you- • a varied and responsible activity within a motivated and collegial team. • a diverse field of activity with a very wide range of learning. • the possibility of working from home (depending on the occupancy rate). • modern infrastructure. • generous leave rules, with six weeks of vacation per year. • the possibility of continuous training. • clearly defined working hours.
