As Category Leader Shoes, you will take on the strategic and operational responsibility for our shoe category. You will lead your team, develop attractive assortments and, together with our brand partners, ensure successful positioning across all sales channels.

Your future everyday life with us

• Personnel and professional leadership of the Shoes category including team development
• Development and implementation of the brand strategy as well as market- and target-group-oriented assortments for all sales channels
• Management of the entire go-to-market process including pre-order, reorder, promotion and marketing planning as well as budget responsibility
• Analysis of market, sales and sell-out figures as well as derivation of targeted measures
• Responsibility for purchasing, calculation and order planning with a focus on turnover, margin and inventory
• Support of international brand partners, negotiation and coordination of product training
• Ensuring product data quality as well as professional sample and showroom processes

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional and industry experience, ideally in the sport, shoe or lifestyle sector
• Experience in category or brand management or a comparable commercial function, ideally in the European market environment
• Business administration further education or comparable qualification
• Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength and confident handling of key figures, margins and budgets
• Leadership competence, social competence and pronounced negotiation skills
• Business fluent English and German skills
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365, ideally experience with PIM, BI or comparable systems
• Readiness for regular travel for supplier meetings, trade fairs and other appointments
