Job Description

• Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities.
• Participate in basic care under the supervision of qualified nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and mobilization of beneficiaries.
• Ensure respectful support promoting autonomy and the maintenance of abilities.
• Observe the general condition of beneficiaries and transmit useful information to the team.
• Participate in animation activities and the maintenance of social ties.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and comfort rules.

Profile Sought

• Certificate in Care and Support Assistance (ASA) or equivalent recognized training.
• Experience in supporting elderly or dependent persons is an asset.
• Sense of listening, empathy, and respect for the person.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Reliability, punctuality, and sense of responsibility.
• Good command of spoken and written French.
