What you can contribute

• Collaborate on federal criminal proceedings, primarily in French
• Assist the management of the proceedings in the preparation of decisions
• Prepare and participate in hearings of defendants, persons called upon to provide information and witnesses, as well as in interviews and file consultations with lawyers
• Clarify questions of substantive and procedural law
• Assist in the preparation and representation of accusations, appeals, coercive measures as well as requests, legal remedies and related statements of position

What makes you unique

• University degree in law (Master's) obtained in 2026 or at the latest at the start of the internship (The university degree was obtained at most 18 months before entering office -- two years for future lawyers)
• Internship experience of a maximum of six months within the federal administration
• Ability to work precisely and reliably, enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Solution and implementation orientation, ability to demonstrate independence and initiative
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and English

During this stimulating six-month internship, you will gain an insight into the fight against serious forms of international and intercantonal economic crime.
Possible start date: 1st January 2027, 1st March 2027 or 1st July 2027
