Your mission:
As true support for the floor teams and a key player in the customer experience, you contribute every day to the excellence of our service through:
Operational assistance to the Housekeeping teams
The preparation and supply of service areas
Support for customer requests with reactivity and discretion
The delivery of linen, welcome products and equipment to the floors
You respect the standards / the quality charter of the company
You are helpful and attentive towards customers while respecting their privacy and guaranteeing them comfort and order in the room
Your profile:
Fluent French mandatory
Experience in luxury hospitality
Good physical condition
Excellent organization / methodology, ability to adapt to activity flows
Team spirit, irreproachable dress and personal appearance
Autonomous and discreet
Flexible on schedules (morning, day, evening, night) and available on the Week-End
Excellent knowledge of cleanliness rules in hospitality
Very good knowledge of cleaning products
The work must be done in a careful and rigorous manner
