Your tasks

• Accompanying apprentices in plant and apparatus construction during their professional and personal development
• Conveying practical knowledge in the areas of sheet metal processing, forming, welding, joining, and assembly
• Planning and designing basic and core training as well as intercompany courses
• Promoting individual strengths and preparing apprentices for qualification procedures and entry into the profession
• Conducting development and progress meetings as well as collaborating with parents, schools, practical trainers, and internal specialist departments
• Further development of training content, methods, and processes and contributing ideas for modern, practical vocational training

How you convince us

• Technical basic training as a plant and apparatus builder, aircraft sheet metal worker, tinsmith, or in a related metal profession
• Several years of practical professional experience as well as sound knowledge in the areas of forming and joining
• Further training at HF level, professional examination, or comparable qualification is an advantage; willingness for further training is supported
• Joy in promoting and accompanying young people as well as in the understandable conveyance of specialist knowledge
• Experience in the training or supervision of apprentices as well as vocational pedagogical knowledge is an advantage
• Patience, sense of responsibility, communication strength, and very good German skills (C1); English skills (B2) are an advantage
