We are represented at 9 locations throughout Switzerland, with over 80 employees. The Digital out of Home advertising spaces appeal to an active and mobile population and reach around millions of people weekly (net reach 64%) with over 46 million gross contacts. Meanwhile, over 13,000 screens are available at various locations and in different environments.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated person for our location in Liebefeld BE, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a Senior Business Controller, you are not only responsible for numbers but also support management with data-based analyses and well-founded decision-making bases. You recognize opportunities and risks early on and make an important contribution to the sustainable further development of our company.

• You analyze business development and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• You create meaningful reports, dashboards, and management analyses.
• You accompany budget, forecast, and planning processes and challenge assumptions and developments.
• You develop business cases, profitability calculations, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• You identify potential to improve profitability, efficiency, and corporate management.
• You work closely with the specialist departments and position controlling as an active business partner.
• You contribute ideas for the further development of our reporting, BI, and data landscape and implement them together with the specialist departments.
• You support cross-departmental projects in the areas of Finance, digitalization, and process optimization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Completed studies (FH/Uni) or higher education with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
• Several years of experience in business controlling
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense for economic connections
• Enjoy deriving concrete recommendations for action from data
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with BI and reporting tools
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex matters understandably
• Interest in data, automation, digitalization, and AI
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
