The prevention and intervention areas of Schutz und Rettung Bern offer the best possible security and protection around the clock -- in the federal city, the Bern agglomeration and in the canton. What you move * You ensure reliable ICT support and process inquiries regarding Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 and specialist applications * In the event of malfunctions, you analyze the causes, find solutions and coordinate, if necessary, the escalation to Informatik Stadt Bern or to external service providers * You support our specialist applications and develop pragmatic digital solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams and SharePoint * You record the needs of our specialist departments and implement them into digital solutions as well as optimized business processes * You accompany ICT, migration and digitalization projects and participate in tests, changes and rollouts * With understandable instructions and training, you support our employees and promote the safe use of digital tools What you bring * You have completed training as an ICT-Fachfrau/-mann EFZ, Informatiker/in EFZ specializing in platform development or a comparable training * You bring practical experience in ICT support as well as good knowledge of Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 * You know Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate is an advantage or you are willing to deepen your knowledge in these areas * You are familiar with Intune, Entra ID, permissions and IT security.
