Activity

• Leadership of two teams in CNC manufacturing
• Ensure smooth production processes regarding quality and deadlines
• Accompany and promote employees in daily operations
• Coordinate personnel and capacity planning with AVOR
• Improve manufacturing processes and introduce new technologies

Requirements

• Technical-mechanical basic training, ideally further education FH or HF
• Several years of practice in mechanical manufacturing
• Leadership experience as team leader, shift leader, or deputy
• Good knowledge of CNC processes and CAM systems
• Confident use of MS Office, SAP is considered a plus
