Your area of responsibility

In this role, Griesser offers you a varied and demanding activity with a large margin of maneuver and strong autonomy. You will develop, optimize, and implement technical solutions around our production facilities and equipment, thus making a decisive contribution to the competitiveness of our company.

• Design, planning and programming of equipment and automation solutions
• Writing and maintenance of technical documentation
• Development of functional diagrams in close collaboration with construction
• Programming, parameterization and commissioning of equipment and installations
• Support for the development, modernization and standardization of existing installations
• Ensuring compliance of installations and respect for relevant CE directives
• Carrying out technical expertise and participating in the development of new production solutions
• Support to the maintenance team in case of complex breakdowns and technical problems
• On-call service in second-level support for troubleshooting (max. travel time 30 minutes)
• Co-responsibility for the management of spare parts stock

What you bring

• Completed basic technical training with additional training as an HES systems technician or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in mechanical construction, special machine construction or industrial automation
• Passion for technical contexts and pleasure in developing and implementing technical solutions
• In-depth knowledge in PLC programming, preferably with Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 (Basic, Motion Control and Safety)
• Experience in the management of complex machines and production installations
• Knowledge of CE compliance, risk assessments, performance level calculations and validations
• Experience in writing technical documentation, electrical diagrams and bills of materials
• Responsible, reliable and solution-oriented personality
• Entrepreneurial spirit and connected with strong personal initiative
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in internal and external contacts
• Teamwork, flexible and stress-resistant
• Good command of German orally and in writing
• Interest in new technologies and pleasure in continuously evolving processes and systems
