CFC commercial apprenticeship, fiduciary / real estate orientation from 1 August 2027 #

Tasks

Do you not want an ordinary office day? That is why, from the first day of your basic commercial training at Apleona, you will be dealing with property management. With us, you do not only check figures and balance sheets, but you also gain exciting insights into the world of real estate.

During your 3-year training, you will:

• Acquire a lot of interesting and instructive knowledge
• Discover different departments
• Assist with the rental and handover of apartments
• Process various client requests
• Commission tradespeople
• Gain a complete overview of real estate accounting

In addition to transmitting solid expertise, we also encourage your interpersonal qualities such as team spirit, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility. All of this constitutes the basis of your future professional success!

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma A or B or equivalent school diploma
• Good academic results
• Very good knowledge of German, oral and written
• Confident knowledge of MS Office is an advantage
• Good manners and neat appearance
• Reliable personality, capable of working in a team and responsible with perseverance
