This currently includes 90 employees in payment transactions, credit processing, securities administration, and service center. This includes ensuring service levels and regulatory requirements while continuously optimizing performance and productivity. You will ensure a stable, scalable operation, taking into account risk, quality, and cost aspects. In addition, you will shape your area into an even more scalable, strongly automated organization than it is today, in close cooperation with various departments. You will use the targeted use of the latest technologies to optimize efficiency and customer experience. You will develop the organization, role profiles, competencies, and collaboration models in a targeted manner.
