Deputy Head of Nursing

Your tasks • Joint strategic and operational leadership of the department with the Head of Nursing Surgery and Medicine. • Supervision and coordination of processes regarding timely and effective examinations, treatments, nursing, and therapeutic measures for patients. • Responsibility for the planning and deployment of approved resources, such as personnel, material, rooms, investments, and project credits. • Responsibility for compliance with the budget and the staffing plan. • Responsibility for the business results. • Coordination and ensuring of quality tasks. Your profile • A completed training in nursing • At least four years of leadership experience in an acute care hospital • Advanced training in nursing and/or healthcare management • Experience in strategic and operational leadership • Networked and entrepreneurial thinking • Enjoyment of leadership, change, and further development • The ability to inspire employees, provide orientation, and actively shape change processes • Clear, appreciative, and solution-oriented communication • Courage and initiative to forge new paths and drive developments Excellent medicine.
