GHG Rosenberg is part of it; a modern center in Saint-Gall that brings together under one roof a nursing and retirement home, a residential group for people with dementia, and a specialized house. Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH with additional function as vocational trainer 60-100%

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the practical training of our FaGe apprentices and HF students
• You plan and coordinate the training offers in accordance with the framework plan and our training concept in cooperation with the Tannenberg training network
• You can actively participate in the development of the training field
• You take charge of holistic care and accompaniment as well as individual support for residents with mental disorders, addictions, or multiple diagnoses
• You accompany our residents in their individual daily structure and promote their autonomy in all situations of life
• You also manage demanding situations with our residents with calmness and a professional and benevolent approach

What you bring

• You have completed tertiary training as a dipl. nursing professional HF or FH and at least two years of professional experience
• You have completed a professional pedagogical training of at least 100 hours or are willing to follow it
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge as well as coaching and training our apprentices and employees
• You distinguish yourself by your autonomous, responsible, and committed way of working
• With your motivated, proactive, open, and humorous nature, you will inspire your future team and thus become part of our great corporate culture
