Workload 80-100% Contract permanent Start date immediately or by arrangement Tasks You bear the overall responsibility for payroll, time management and social insurances for around 2'800 employees You lead the payroll team with three employees professionally and personally You ensure timely and correct wage processing including monthly and annual financial statements as well as account reconciliations You are responsible for social insurances, withholding tax and daily allowances and accompany audits You competently advise managers and employees on wage- and social insurance-related issues You continuously develop the payroll processes and drive their digitalization. You also participate in HR projects or take over their management You bear the responsibility for the HR systems (SAP HCM) including master data management and ensure high data quality You work closely with the entire HR as well as the finance and controlling departments Requirements You have several years of experience in a comparable payroll function, ideally in a larger company You have a commercial or business administration education with further training in the area of payroll, social insurances or finance and accounting You bring sound knowledge in SAP HCM (R/3 HR), very good Excel skills as well as a high IT affinity You have experience in the optimization and digitalization of payroll processes You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills; Italian is a plus You work in a structured, precise and independent manner and are characterized by a high sense of quality and responsibility You are a motivating leadership personality with implementation strength as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation What we offer We offer you a modern, dynamic working environment in which you can contribute your skills and your personality every day and thus make a difference.
