Head of Finance and Administration (m/f/i) 50-70%

As part of our new internal organization, we are creating a new position for a Head of Finance and Administration (m/f/i) 50-70%.

Profile:

• Proven experience in a responsible position in finance and infrastructure
• Solid skills in budget management, accounting, treasury, and financial control
• Very good knowledge of the French language orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of the German language orally and basic knowledge in writing
• Mastery of processes related to salaries and social insurances
• Sense of organization, analytical capacity, and decision-making spirit
• Rigor, discretion, and sense of responsibility
• Ease with IT tools; knowledge of Abacus is an asset

Tasks:

• Manage budgets, treasury, and financial forecasts
• Maintain accounting, perform monthly financial reporting, and annual closings
• Prepare financial statements and reports intended for the Executive Committee and the Foundation Board
• Perform accounting operations and manage cash registers
• Management of the insurance portfolio and administrative contracts
• Drive and supervise the entire payroll process, in collaboration with the HR department
• Guarantee the accuracy, compliance, and respect of deadlines for salary processing
• Management of procedures
• Control salary data and supervise the establishment of salaries and social security statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and conventional provisions
• Ensure the follow-up of social charges, social insurances, and other obligations related to remuneration
• Guarantee the consistency and quality of the Foundation's documentary system
• Ensure compliance with standards regarding the management, distribution, versioning, and archiving of documents
