Your tasks

• You lead and develop a team of 12 specialists in the debt collection of the contribution area.
• You assume professional responsibility for your team and ensure efficient and high-quality execution of tasks.
• You support the management of the contribution area and actively participate in projects.
• You ensure the proper execution of debt collection according to AVS legislation as well as the compliant application of the SchKG.
• You advise and support our clients in a competent and solution-oriented manner.
• You work in close collaboration with employers, clients, authorities, offices as well as internal specialized services.

Your skills

• You have several years of professional experience in the field of debt collection or finance, knowledge in the field of social insurance is an advantage.
• You have experience in management and know how to successfully promote, motivate and lead your team.
• You think in an interconnected manner, act responsibly and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You communicate in a manner adapted to your interlocutor, possess a sense of negotiation and convince with your confident presence.
