Head of Accompaniment Unit (100%) The Fondation Au Cœur des Grottes is a Geneva-based institution specializing in the accommodation and accompaniment of women who are victims of violence or human trafficking, alone or with their children. Its multidisciplinary team provides educational, social, and clinical support based on a trauma-sensitive approach, taking into account the effects of violence on physical, mental, and social health. Its action aims to promote security, stabilization, reconstruction, and the development of the power to act for the women and children it welcomes. Every day, nearly 40 women and between 25 and 30 children are accompanied within the facility. In a context of evolution, development of its services, and implementation of its accompaniment model, it is recruiting a future Head of Accompaniment Unit (100%) As a key member of the management team, you will assume responsibility for the Accompaniment Unit and actively contribute to the implementation of the Foundation's vision and strategy. At the head of a team of about twenty professionals (social workers, educators, and nurses), you will establish a clear and unifying work framework, promoting the quality of accompaniment and services, team cohesion, and interprofessional collaboration. In close collaboration with the management, you will ensure the proper functioning of the unit, optimize its organization, and continuously improve practices. As a member of the Management Committee, you will contribute to the deployment of the institutional strategy in close coordination with other members. Your main responsibilities: Lead the unit's activities and ensure the achievement of operational and strategic objectives. Supervise, develop, and unite a multidisciplinary team of around twenty collaborators. Ensure regular presence with teams and beneficiaries to support coordination, service quality, and management of complex situations. Guarantee a consistent operational framework and rigorous management of human resources. Ensure the quality, relevance, and evolution of socio-educational services provided to women and children, in accordance with good professional practices. Accompany teams in changes, develop an institutional culture based on cooperation. Ensure effective coordination with other units of the Foundation and strengthen interfaces and collaboration with them. Contribute to the analysis of professional practices and continuous improvement of processes and services. Participate in the development of institutional partnerships and represent the Foundation, on delegation from the management, to external stakeholders. Your profile: You hold a HES or university degree in the field of health, social work, or have equivalent training. You ideally have complementary training in management or team management (CAS or equivalent) and have at least five years of experience in managing an accompaniment structure, leading projects, and managing multidisciplinary teams. You have excellent knowledge of the Geneva socio-sanitary network and its challenges, as well as in-depth understanding of the issues related to violence and accompaniment of affected persons. Your assets: Natural leadership, combining benevolence, requirement, and decision-making capacity. Excellent relational skills and sense of communication. Ability to establish a motivating framework by giving meaning to institutional orientations, promoting their appropriation, and facilitating their implementation. Experience in managing a 24/7 life facility (24/24, 7/7, 365 days a year) is a significant asset. Analytical mind, global vision, and sense of organization. Ease in complex and changing environments. Strong sensitivity to interdisciplinary work and collective intelligence. Ability to lead change and support teams in a context of organizational evolution.
