Tasks

• Courteous support and advice for guests
• Distribution of drinks and food at the buffet incl. cash collection
• Sales with active upselling and recommendation of specials
• Perform cash closures and daily reconciliations
• Advising guests about the offer and providing information on allergens
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy or service
• Friendly and customer-oriented appearance
• You are service- and customer-oriented
• You feel comfortable in system gastronomy
• You keep your cool even when the house is full
• Willingness to work shifts as well as weekend and holiday shifts
• Good German skills, other languages are a plus
