Technical Clerk 80 - 100%

Assistance to Project Management & Management

Your tasks

• Provide documents for calculation
• Place price inquiries with suppliers and subcontractors
• Enter calculated offers in Abacus
• Process, send, digitize and file offers, contracts and attachments
• Daily report control and assistance with project billing
• Telephone service as well as other administrative tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• Experience or specialization in the technical or financial field
• Proven professional experience in an SME
• Experience with Abacus or comparable software
• Enjoyment of a versatile and polyvalent area of responsibility
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
