Our client, a recognized company in French-speaking Switzerland specializing in building envelope trades, is looking for a Roof Maintenance Manager to develop and lead its maintenance and upkeep activity.

Job Description

As a true technical expert, you will ensure the complete management of maintenance interventions and support clients in the preservation of their structures.
Your main responsibilities:

• Carrying out roof maintenance and inspections
• Leak detection, technical diagnostics, and client advice
• Preparation of quotes, intervention reports, and invoices
• Administrative management and monitoring of files
• Planning and coordination of construction sites
• Supervision and organization of an intervention team
• Management of material orders and monitoring of supplies
• Development and monitoring of maintenance contracts
• Customer relations and technical support

Profile sought

• CFC in tinsmith-roofer or equivalent training
• Proven experience in the roofing field
• Solid knowledge of waterproofing, roof windows, and leak detection
• Ease in site management and customer relations
• Proficiency in standard IT tools and digital media
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Sense of organization, rigor, and team spirit
