Clerk / Administration Part-time (m/f/d) - workload 60-80%

in home office

Your main tasks:

• Coordination and scheduling for our shelter inspectors
• Writing and sending registration letters for the shelter inspections
• Coordination of appointment shifts / Maintaining appointment lists
• Evaluation of the recorded data
• Communication with customers, partners and authorities
• Support of the team with general administrative activities

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in scheduling, ideally in a technical or construction environment
• Good IT user knowledge in the MS Office products Word, Excel and Outlook
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Independent way of working and responsible learning
• Friendly and professional appearance as well as ability to work in a team
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good French skills - ideally you are bilingual
• You live in the Canton of Bern and are very familiar with the region and the people
• Since the activity involves regular telephone contact, a quiet working environment in the home office is required
