Psychogeriatric Animator (M/F) Job description Participate in the organization, implementation, and animation of activities adapted to residents (games, creative workshops, cognitive activities, outings, individual and collective animations) Promote social links, cognitive stimulation, and the well-being of residents on a daily basis Accompany residents while respecting their abilities, their pace, and their desires Encourage participation, expression, and the maintenance of residents' autonomy through the proposed activities Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent and personalized support Contribute to maintaining a friendly, caring, and dynamic atmosphere within the establishment Profile sought Training as a socio-cultural animator, ASE, medico-psychological assistant, or training deemed equivalent is indispensable Experience in EMS, in geriatrics and/or in psychogeriatrics desired Strong interest in the support and well-being of elderly people Dynamism, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills Listening skills, empathy, and ability to adapt Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently Driver's license and vehicle, an asset We offer you 4500SFr. to 5800SFr. per MONTH + Parking .
