The essence of your activity: ###

• Reception and care of our patients
• Organization of examinations and follow-up appointments
• Responsible for the administration, billing, and the sending of medical reports
• Contact via e-mail, telephone, and mail with patients, referrers, clinics, and insurance companies
• If interested, training in medical activities (blood collection, vital signs, procedure assistance) is possible without prior knowledge.

The basis of your performance: ###

• Training as a medical secretary or MPA
• Professional experience in similar medical fields is an advantage
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (other languages are an advantage)
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Motivated team player personality
