Your tasks:

• Cleaning and maintenance of the properties, especially stairwells and common rooms
• Garden maintenance, lawn mowing and maintenance of the surrounding areas
• Watering and care of plants in summer, removing leaves in autumn
• Waste disposal, providing containers and keeping refuse areas clean
• Regular inspection rounds and reporting of damages
• General caretaker and smaller maintenance work

What you bring with you:

• Experience in caretaker services or in a manual trade
• Reliable and independent way of working
