Operations Manager Special Cleaning

Your responsibility: ###

• Calculation and creation of offers for special cleaning, constantly taking environment and occupational safety into account.
• Direct communication with existing and potential customers
• Increasing the group's turnover (additional work, etc.)
• Coordination of all activities of the special cleaning group
• Coordination of a small team for facility management
• Creation of work schedules for the special cleaning and facility management team
• Leading the teams and the entire activity on-site in cooperation with the team leaders of the special cleaning group.
• Organization and preparation of documents for employee wage payments and invoicing to customers
• Participation in meetings with customers
• Promotion and enforcement of health and safety protection on construction sites
• Hiring of employees for the special cleaning group and ensuring their competencies
• Proper maintenance of protective equipment, machines, and tools
• Regular inspection of the condition of vehicles and reporting of all damages
• Communication and control of the application of HSE measures

Your profile: ###

• Experience in an equivalent position or more than 5 years of experience as a department or team leader in special cleaning
• EFZ Cleaning or equivalent
• Professional appearance towards customers and employees
• Negotiation skills in spoken and written form
• Very good IT skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• You are responsible, organized, and thorough
