Consultant / Senior Consultant – Financial Markets (M/F)

As part of the development of our Financial Markets community in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant.

You will work with Executive Management, business lines, and IT on transformation projects in the fields of private banking and/or asset management, with an approach oriented towards business value and concrete implementation.

We support our clients from end to end: strategic scoping, definition of target models, organizational transformation, and operational deployment.

You will be required to:

• Contribute to the definition of transformation roadmaps (organization, digital, data)
• Participate in the definition of target models (Target Operating Model, processes, organization)
• Analyze existing organizations, processes, and tools
• Identify areas for improvement and formulate concrete recommendations
• Contribute to the production of deliverables and the facilitation of workshops
• Support project management (monitoring, coordination, risks)
• Interact with various stakeholders (business, IT, compliance…)
• Participate in pre-sales work and the development of offers

You will work in demanding environments, at the heart of the transformations of the Swiss financial center.

• Higher education (Master – EPF, HEC or equivalent)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or within a Swiss financial institution
• Experience in a project environment (business analysis, coordination, transformation)
• Good understanding of the challenges of the financial sector (wealth management, asset management, financial markets)
• Ability to structure, analyze, and produce quality deliverables
• Strong interpersonal skills with business and IT interlocutors
• You work fluently in English (C1 level required)
• Residing in Switzerland or willing to relocate quickly

Experience in private banking and/or asset management (in Switzerland) is required.
