Your tasks • You assume co-responsibility for the leadership and organization of a medical ward with a focus on hand surgery, plastic surgery, and urology. • In daily management, you steer the personnel and operational processes together with the co-department heads and contribute to a stable and efficient ward operation. • You promote and accompany the professional and personal development of your employees and design a structured induction for new team members. • You create framework conditions that enable high-quality and patient-centered care and actively contribute to the further development of processes and structures. • You live a constructive, interprofessional, and interdisciplinary cooperation in everyday life and promote it in a targeted manner. Your profile • You are a certified nursing professional with at least two years of professional experience, ideally in an acute care hospital. • You have leadership training or are willing to complete it. • You convince through high social and self-competence, pronounced organizational skills, as well as structured and solution-oriented thinking and action. • As a committed personality, you take on responsibility, actively help shape changes, and enjoy accompanying your team in its development, empowering employees, and jointly creating sustainable solutions for a demanding nursing everyday life.
