High-quality fresh chocolate - that is what the Swiss chocolate manufacturer Läderach stands for. Founded in 1962, the family business today employs over 2500 people from more than 80 countries group-wide, with an increasing tendency. The company's headquarters is located in the canton of Glarus. Set against a picturesque Alpine backdrop, we produce our fresh chocolates here and constantly develop new, innovative ideas in agile teams.

In our production, we produce fresh couverture from high-quality raw materials. Subsequently, we process and refine the liquid chocolates in our chocolate manufacture into FrischSchoggi, Pralinés, Truffes, figures and much more. Do you want to participate in this too? Then come to us.

What awaits you #####

• You develop new innovative products for our international markets according to our quality standards (food safety, raw material assessment, sustainability, etc.)
• You carry out development projects independently, with all development-relevant phases from prototype to introduction into production
• You work closely with marketing, the production team and quality management to ensure timely market launch
• You work with purchasing and suppliers in the procurement of raw materials and production materials
• You ensure the data quality in the ERP system and maintain it
• You strengthen the innovation potential as well as the artisanal and technological know-how
• You advise and support production technically in quality and efficiency optimizations.
• You are a member of the internal sensory team

What you bring with you #####

• You have completed vocational training as a confectioner or several years of experience as a chocolatier and possess several years of professional experience in handling couverture
• You have a pronounced quality awareness, manual dexterity, love for detail and a high degree of creativity
• You keep yourself up to date on the latest developments in the field of products, ingredients, technologies and trends
• You are used to working independently, recognize and set priorities and work in a structured manner
• You possess good communication and cooperation skills to work cross-functionally, and ideally bring experience in project management
• You have very good language skills in German and ideally bring knowledge in English
