Aware of and committed to our role in the basic training of tomorrow's caregivers, we also actively collaborate with the nursing schools of the region and welcome about twenty nursing students per year, as well as APS, ASSC, Occupational Therapists and Croix-Rouge interns. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for: Nurse at 80% - 100% (m/f) Mission Ensure quality nursing care for residents in respect of their needs, their lifestyle and their support project. Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of individualized care projects. Guarantee the clinical follow-up of residents and ensure the continuity of care. Collaborate closely with doctors, relatives and all the professionals involved in the support of the residents. Participate actively in the supervision of students, interns and new employees. Contribute to the maintenance and development of quality interdisciplinary care. Ensure compliance with institutional procedures as well as the quality and safety of care. Profile sought Bachelor in nursing or a title deemed equivalent recognized in Switzerland. Professional experience in geriatrics, psychogeriatrics or in EMS. Marked interest in the support of elderly people. Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills. Sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration. Comfort in the use of usual IT tools. Holder of a CAS as a Praticien Formateur (PF) or a FEE certification, an asset. We offer A position within a human-sized institution, recognized for the quality of its services.
