Job Description

• Organize, coordinate and monitor demolition and deconstruction work
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers on the construction site
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and safety instructions
• Read plans and apply technical directives
• Collaborate with works management and various stakeholders
• Actively participate in the work when necessary
• Ensure the sorting, recovery and evacuation of materials

Profile Sought

• Proven experience in demolition, civil engineering or construction
• First successful experience as a team leader or foreman
• Natural leadership and excellent management of priorities
• Knowledge of Swiss safety standards
• Category B driving license indispensable
• Mastery of French
• Autonomous, organized and solution-oriented person
