Job Description

• Overall responsibility for the operational management and organization of window production and logistics
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of employees in production
• Planning and control of production processes, capacities, and delivery dates
• Ensuring efficient production according to lean management principles
• Continuous optimization of production processes with regard to quality, productivity, and economic efficiency
• Responsibility for the procurement of production and warehouse materials
• Coordination of order processing, material flows, and customer deliveries
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and occupational safety regulations
• Planning of machine maintenance as well as execution of the annual inventory
• Collaboration in budget planning, investment projects, and further development of the production facilities
• Maintenance and further development of master data in the window construction program 3E Look

Desired Profile

• Completed technical basic training, for example as Schreiner EFZ, Metallbauer EFZ or comparable qualification
• Further training as a Produktionsfachmann as well as ideally as a Lean-Fachmann
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a production company, preferably in window production
• Demonstrable experience in leading production teams with at least 20 employees
• Sound knowledge in Lean Management, 5S, and continuous process optimization
• Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems) as well as experience with CAD programs
• Knowledge of the window construction software 3E Look is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strong organizational talent, and high initiative
• Assertive, communicative, and solution-oriented leadership personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
