For our client, an established institution in the long-term care sector in the Zürich region, we are looking for an engaged and responsible personality as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Requirement profile ##

• You have completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in long-term care.
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You value cooperation in an interdisciplinary team and contribute actively.
• You approach older people with appreciation and empathy.
• You have good German skills in speaking and writing.

Tasks ##

• You take over the holistic and individual care and support of the residents.
• You manage and accompany the care process of the residents assigned to you and ensure professional nursing documentation.
• You take on responsibility as a contact person and ensure continuous care.
• You plan and accompany doctor visits and ensure a reliable flow of information within the interdisciplinary team.
• You take on daily responsibility and coordinate the tasks within the day team.
• You participate in the assessment of individual care needs.
• You take responsibility for selected specialist topics and actively contribute your expertise to the team.
• You conduct case discussions and nursing reports, thereby supporting professional cooperation and quality of care.
