Insurance and Pension Consultant (m/f/d), Bern Region What awaits you • You will complete practical training to become a certified insurance intermediary (VBV) in our Generali Academy. • You are the first point of contact for your customers in all insurance matters and offer them tailor-made solutions. • You actively acquire new customers. • You expand existing relationships with your customers and look after them in your regional area. • You advise both private individuals in the pension and property sectors as well as small businesses on flexible insurance solutions. • You advise your customers personally or digitally using modern tools. What you bring with you • You have high self-motivation and perseverance; you keep a cool head even in the face of challenges. • You work independently and responsibly and are at the same time a team player. • You have very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage. • You are empathetic and persuasive; ideally, you have initial experience in dealing with customers. • You are ready to learn new things. • You are confident in dealing with numbers. • You have a strong personal network in the region. • You have completed vocational training or Matura. • You possess a driver's license (Category B).
