YOUR MISSIONS

In your capacity as a Family Caregiver Resource Person, your role requires expertise in several fields:

• In your capacity as a PRPA, you guarantee the correct application of the support program for Family Caregivers within ASPMAD. You recognize the expertise of caregivers and the impact of their role on their daily lives.
• You take into account their resources, difficulties, limits and needs during interviews with family caregivers.
• You accompany caregivers in their requests for support and coordinate the procedures.
• You maintain the vigilance of the teams regarding the screening of at-risk situations.
• You assume administrative tasks and ensure liaison with the relevant services and external partners.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a HES training, with 2 years of experience required in the field of home help and care.
• You have a good knowledge of the health and social systems of the Canton of Vaud.
• You have an evident interest in advanced age and maintaining home life.
• Responsible and autonomous, you also demonstrate very good interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability are among your assets.
• You possess a driver's license as well as a vehicle.
