Your tasks
Professional, individual care and support according to established nursing guidelines
Respectful and loving accompaniment of the residents, with their dignity and self-determination at the center
Participation in reports, team meetings and further training
Assistance in the accompaniment of apprentices and interns
Ensuring complete, professional and differentiated care
Nursing documentation in Care Coach
Active participation in RAI collection
Taking over daily or shift responsibility
What you bring with you
A completed training as FaGe
Experience in the role as a vocational trainer is an advantage or willingness
RAI-LTCF experience is an advantage
You are committed and motivated in the nursing profession and like to pass on your knowledge to colleagues and apprentices
You are independent, competent and active thinking is important to you
Empathic accompaniment of the residents is just as natural to you as effective work organization and appreciative cooperation in the team
Good oral and written German skills
