It educates and cares for normally gifted, partially learning-impaired children and adolescents who are in difficult life situations. They live in age- and gender-mixed social pedagogical residential groups and mostly attend the internal special education school. In the sense of reintegration, the institution also offers an externat with a day group and regular school visits in Erlach. The agricultural and horticultural business, the technical service, the household, the catering, and the administration are part of the pedagogical concept: they serve as learning, experience, and work fields. The institution works according to the systemically solution-oriented approach LOA. In the accompaniment of clients, we orient ourselves to the model of cooperative process design (KPG).
