• Telephone contact with internal and external bodies
• Appointment scheduling
• Administrative support for the medical staff
• Co-responsibility for the organization of smooth daily operations in the planning secretariat
• Reception activities

What you bring with you ##

• Completed commercial or equivalent training
• Professional experience in the medical field is an advantage
• Proficient German skills with stylish written expression as well as good oral French and English skills
• Comprehensive user knowledge of MS Office tools
• Communicative, open and resilient personality
• Independent, reliable and efficient way of working
