As a Deputy Team Leader, you will take on leadership tasks and simultaneously roll up your sleeves and help out actively in daily business. With you, we will strengthen cooperation and develop the team together.

What you can achieve

• Together with your Team Leader, you lead a team of approx. 30 employees professionally and personally.
• As a strong leadership duo, you work hand in hand, promote team development and maintain communication.
• You represent the Team Leader during their absences and take over occasional leadership topics.
• You integrate new employees into the team and support them during the induction phase.
• You work in a 5-day week, usually from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 05:00. To fulfill your role as a role model, you actively help out in daily business.

What you bring with you

• Ideally, you have completed a logistics apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience.
• You enjoy the roles of role model and coach and enjoy taking on leadership tasks. Ideally, you already have initial leadership experience, and otherwise, you are ready to further your education in the field of leadership and apply what you have learned in practice.
• You communicate precisely, are an organizational talent and maintain a fair, appreciative interaction at eye level.
• You enjoy working at night, you are physically fit and you roll up your sleeves and help out actively.
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing and advanced MS Office skills round off your profile.
