What you can achieve ##

• ? You take on project responsibility for the international implementation of SmartRecruiters and its sustainable integration into the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
• ? Together with your colleagues from HR and Business, you develop and improve the (Recruiting) systems and processes.
• ? Following successful implementation, you ensure the transition into running business and take care of release, incident, and request management for the long-term success of the module.
• ? You successfully implement further concepts and projects in the area of HR applications / SAP SuccessFactors, always keeping customer benefit and impact in focus.

What you bring with you ##

• ? You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (Business) Informatics or Economics and have already been able to gain initial experience in HR or Recruiting.
• ? You have extensive experience in project, process, and stakeholder management in an international environment and can drive these forward with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• - A passion and high affinity for digitalization, including conception, system introduction, and development, characterize you.
• ? You communicate fluently in English and have good German skills. Any additional language is an advantage.
