Spitex near Winterthur is looking for YOU: FaGe (m/f/d), 60-100%, fixed days possible Your tasks: You travel independently by car to offer our customers the best possible care at home. Your tasks include personal care, mobilization, support with nutrition, as well as taking over delegated medical tasks such as medication management and wound dressings. You record care progress in the electronic nursing documentation and order medications and nursing materials. In our primary caregiver care, you share responsibility within a tandem for the comprehensive support and individual care of individual customers and meet regularly with your tandem colleagues for case discussions.
