WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU

• Execution of internal audits as well as support in the organization and coordination of certification and customer audits
• Professional document management including the maintenance and filing of all QM-relevant documents
• Creation of qualification reports for the sound documentation of quality standards
• Participation in product documentation through the active creation and maintenance of product-related documents
• Competent advice and support for the specialist departments on all questions regarding the QM system and quality assurance
• Effective deviation and complaint management through the processing of process deviations and the monitoring of corrective measures
• Reliable contract reviews within the framework of quality assurance

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Successfully completed studies (Bachelor FH/Uni) in the field of chemistry or a related natural science - alternatively many years of relevant professional experience in this field
• Certification as an internal auditor (m/f/d) as well as a quality management specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In-depth and confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Strong awareness and penchant for a professional layout and clean typesetting in documentation
• Sound scientific or technical understanding
• Solution-oriented, communicative and open-minded personality with a strong team spirit
