HEAD OF GARDEN MAINTENANCE (M/F)

• Leadership and coordination of several teams in garden maintenance
• Planning and organization of assignments, projects, and resources
• Personal advice and support for customers
• Creation of offers and accompaniment of orders
• Further development of workflows and processes with common sense
• Active participation in shaping the garden maintenance area

WHAT YOU BRING

• Training as a gardener or mason with further education (e.g., Gardener FA, construction manager, technical merchant, business management, or equivalent qualification)
• Experience as a construction manager is desirable, but not a requirement
• Enjoyment of responsibility, organization, and dealing with people
• Interest in customer contact and solution-oriented working
• Down-to-earth, reliable personality with a doer mentality
