Missions As an interim Finance Manager, you will take charge of managing the finance department and ensure the continuity of operations while supporting several strategic projects of the company. Your main responsibilities will be: Ensuring the day-to-day management and steering of the finance department. Guaranteeing the quality of financial processes and compliance with deadlines. Preparing the financial organization for the future structure and facilitating the transition to permanent management. Actively participating in the implementation of a new ERP and supporting teams through this change. Providing financial and operational support as part of an ongoing acquisition. Collaborating closely with management and internal and external stakeholders. Candidate Profile Proven experience in a finance manager role Experience in transformation contexts, notably: ERP implementation projects; merger\-acquisition operations. Ability to work with ease in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. Excellent organizational skills, strong autonomy and pragmatism. Agile personality, solution-oriented and capable of adapting quickly to new challenges. Fluent mastery of French and German. Conditions and Advantages Available from 1st October.
