Acting on behalf of the Hôpitaux Universitaires of the cantons of Vaud and Geneva, the role of the centrale d'achats (CAIB) is to structure and manage the entire purchasing process, from supplier strategy to contracting and performance monitoring. IT Analyst -- Data Analyst at the Centrale d'Achats -- 100% Within the centrale d'achats and reporting to management control, you participate in the development, evolution, and management of decision-making solutions allowing for the improvement of purchasing performance, data quality, and decision-making. You intervene at the interface between business teams, information systems, and institutional partners in order to transform data into decision-making tools. This role contributes directly to the transformation of the centrale d'achats, data governance, and the management of purchasing strategies by product category. As such, you analyze the functional needs of business teams and propose adapted IT solutions. You design, develop, document, and evolve decision-making applications, notably under QlickSense. You develop dashboards, management indicators, reports, and analyses allowing for the improvement of CAIB performance. Also, you ensure the operation, structuring, and reliability of purchasing, supplier, contract, price, and item data. You contribute to the definition of the roadmaps for decision-making tools and participate in managing their evolutions. You support users in the use of developed solutions and ensure their functional support and participate in the writing of functional specifications and technical documentation. You evaluate technological evolutions, propose improvements to decision-making tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and purchasing processes. Within the framework of the development of the Data strategy of the centrale d'achats, you also participate in the integration of generative and analytical artificial intelligence solutions allowing notably: the automated classification of items; the consolidation of supplier master data; anomaly detection; the automation of certain analyses; the improvement of data quality; decision support for buyers. Proactive, you actively contribute to the development of a decision-making culture based on reliable, secure, and exploitable data. Qualifications You hold a Master's degree in computer science or purchasing, or a degree deemed equivalent. You benefit from proven experience in the development of decision-making solutions, data analysis, or business intelligence. You master Business Intelligence tools such as QlickSense, Power BI, or Business Objects, as well as relational databases (SQL). You possess a good understanding of technologies related to generative and analytical artificial intelligence as well as their applications in the decision-making field. Experience with ERPs (Cegid, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and purchasing information systems (Ivalua, PIM Nextpage, or equivalent) constitutes an asset. You possess excellent capabilities for analysis, synthesis, and modeling of complex data. You are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy, your sense of service, your team spirit, as well as your ability to popularize technical information to business interlocutors. Mastery of French is indispensable. A good level of English constitutes an asset.
