In order to strengthen our "Operations" department, we are looking for a: ENGINEERING & INDUSTRIALIZATION COORDINATOR YOUR MISSION AND YOUR CHALLENGES: Do you want to play a key role between engineering, production, and supply chain in a technical and stimulating industrial environment? As Engineering & Industrialization Coordinator, you are the guarantor of the proper industrialization of our products and the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You transform technical evolutions into concrete and reliable solutions for production, while ensuring the quality of data and processes in our ERP. On a daily basis, you: • Lead the industrialization of products and guarantee their successful production launch • Manage and optimize articles, bills of materials (BOM), and ERP data • Coordinate product changes (ECN) and their implementation with the various departments • Ensure the monitoring of industrial files, costs, deadlines, and production times • Identify and implement improvements to production processes, tools, and methods YOUR BACKGROUND AND YOUR SKILLS: • Benefit of a similar experience in industrialization or methods in an industrial environment • Higher technical education (ES, HES or equivalent) • Good mastery of an ERP/GPAO; knowledge of Infor M3 is an asset • French native speaker, you have good knowledge of English • Analytical, rigorous, and organized mindset, with a solution-oriented approach • Ease in coordination, communication, and cross-functional work • Spirit of initiative and sense of continuous improvement WHY JOIN US?
