Project Manager - General Enterprise # (m/f/d) Permanent position with our client Neuchâtel Start date: immediately Reference number: 885171/1 Missions ### • Supervise and lead all tasks inherent to a works management, for Phases SIA 4.32 / 4.41 / 4.51 - 4.52 - 4.53, while respecting project deadlines and budget • Establish and follow up on tender and award requests • Direct and coordinate mandatories, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure harmonious execution of works • Study and control plans (civil engineering and mandatories) and relate them to the building permit • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on the construction site • Maintain fluid communication with the client(s), architect(s), mandatory(s) and other project stakeholders • Develop complementary quotes and customer invoices, monitor +/- values and guarantees • Ensure customer follow-up in both technical choices and finishes Profile ### • You hold a technical diploma ES, an EPF/HES training in the building sector or an equivalent title • You have similar experience within a general enterprise in Switzerland • Your analytical mind and organizational skills allow you to manage one or several projects simultaneously • You express yourself with ease in French • You master the principles of construction site management software (Messerli, MS Project), you are comfortable with EDM (M-Files) and MS Office (mainly Word and Excel) • You appreciate team work and are at ease with human contacts Advantages ### • Offer within a human-sized GE within a renowned group in the construction sector • Family business with strong local presence • Varied, complex and stimulating projects located in the canton of NE • Autonomy, trust and good team cohesion • Attractive salary conditions and benefits
