YOUR TASKS

• Processing of invoice rejections in the outpatient service area
• Administrative tasks such as guarantee clarifications, requesting medical reports, address clarifications etc.
• Clarifications with patients, doctors and payers (by telephone, in writing)
• Support for the team leaders and employees in day-to-day business
• Support in the area of cancellations and re-invoicing

YOUR PROFILE

• Ongoing studies or completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Quick comprehension and interest in medical topics
• Good Microsoft Office skills, SAP skills are a great advantage
• Enjoyment of contact with external and internal bodies
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Very good German skills, foreign language skills are an advantage
