For this exciting leadership task, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality as CEO. In this key role, you bear overall responsibility for the corporate group. Together with the Board of Directors, you will further develop the strategic direction and ensure consistent implementation. With your leadership team, you will strengthen profitability, drive digitalization and automation and create the basis for sustainable growth. You promote a performance-oriented corporate culture and ensure an environment in which managers and employees can take responsibility and develop their potential. At the same time, you represent CabTec to customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced leader with a technical degree and sound knowledge in the field of business administration. You have a convincing track record at the executive management level of a manufacturing industrial company. International value chains and global markets are well known to you. You know how to further develop organizations, successfully implement changes and win people over for common goals. In addition to German, you communicate fluently in English. A willingness to travel of around 20 % is required.
