Job Description ## In order to ensure the follow-up of our customers in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated person with solid technical skills to occupy the position of Field Service Engineer, based in the Neuchâtel region. In this exciting position, you will work within a dynamic customer service team and will make an important contribution to the availability and performance of our robotic solutions. The focus is on French-speaking Switzerland, with occasional deployments in other regions of the country.   Your missions • Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on robotic systems directly at the customer site (approximately 75% travel) • Analysis and sustainable elimination of technical defects as well as performing repairs • Close cooperation with customers and internal services to guarantee first-class service • Technical support and advice to our customers (hotline) • Documentation and follow-up of service cases in the CRM system • Management and replenishment of spare parts via SAP Qualifications ## • Training in the technical and/or automation field • Several years of experience as a field service technician • Ideally experience in the field of robotics; alternatively, knowledge in precision mechanics, automation or in related technical fields • Very good knowledge of French (C2) and good command of English (C1); Knowledge of German is an asset • Solid analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working • A strong customer orientation and very good communication skills • Flexibility, willingness to travel and professional appearance even in demanding situations • A team spirit allowing for a positive contribution to cohesion and mutual aid within the group Additional Information ## We offer • Varied work in an innovative and future-oriented environment • Attractive working conditions and modern equipment • In-depth product and technical training • High level of personal responsibility and development opportunities • Cooperation within a professional, collegial and high-performing team We look forward to meeting you and shaping the future of robotics in Switzerland together.
